Leave Accrual Codes not appearing on Leave Tab

Hello,

ONE of my employees (out of 39) is missing the leave accrual codes on his leave tab, so his leave days are not pulling through to his payslip. When I try to add those lines to the leave tab, I'm forced to enter dates for leave taken. The leave is correct on the employee's masterfile, and this is the only instance where the leave accrual is not pulling through to the payslip.

Kindly advise on this URGENT query.
