No Response from Payroll online

SOLVED

MY ONE COMPANY IS ONLY WILLING TO MAKE EFT PAYMENTS. THEY MADE A PAYMENT LAST WEEK FRIDAYE AND THEIR PAYROLL IS STILL BLOCKED.

THEY ARE THINKING TO GO TO ANOTHER PAYROLL BECAUSE PASTEL PAYROLL ONLINE IS NOT FOR THEM ANYMORE.WWE DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM PAYROLL. EVEN PAYROLL DESKTOP WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 7 AND MORE DAYS FOR A RESPONSE.

    Good Day. I just want to let everyone know. The service from sage is pathetic.My email are ignored and payment allocations has not been done. I phoned now because my payroll could not been done today because of poor service. When i phoned a person named Adrian was the only friendly and sufficient person out of the sage team who was willing to allocate my payments and reactivate my account.

    Sage you are loosing clients and you dont care. I am still moving my clients away from sage.
