Our payroll was set up years before I started and I have realized that our file still has One employee's old Id Number is it possible to change it? this Employee has been an employee for 25years

Thank you for the post

Are you saying an employees' ID number was captured incorrectly? If so, when you clear run flags for the employee, you can update both the ID and the date of birth fields for the employee.
