Yes it only exports in a .txt file.

Please Navigate to you Help - Search for Help On - Go to the search tab - Type in Masterfile Layout - Employee Masterfile

This can be done manually by coping the employees, however we cannot assist with the manual layout.

If you want it in excel format, please email us on [email protected] so we can send it to you.

Hi, support to date has not responded. I have mananged to sort out the import of the masterfile howvere I have encountered another problem; after the import I have noted that the new employees do not have the standard statutary contributions and deductions linked to a profile. I have to manually insert these on those that are missing. I have tried a rebuild and a profile sync but it does not solve the problem. Any suggestions?

I also used to do it with import function and also had similar problem, so from there I just manually rather capture them, VERY time consuming
