I have a problem ons Sage Pastel Payroll Version 2022 update 1c where the code 5026 COVID-19 TERS Payment does not show on the 12 month report for one employee only. I have a total of 12 employees and on the 12 month report all the details shows for all the employees except for the one employee where everything populates except the code 5026 COVID-19 TERS Payment.

This issue happens when I do a Pay Period Update from March 2021 to April 2021. I've restored and tried over and over again and I cannot get the Code 5026 to show on the one employee. 

In March everything is perfectly fine but when I do a Pay Period Update to April the issue arises.

Also when I only select code 5026 to show on the 12 month report for the one employee the amounts are there, but when I select all the codes it does not pop up.
