SAGE Pastel Payroll - Annual Leave

How do you cancel annual leave if you have already processed the SAGE Pastel Payroll and did a pay period update to the next period?

    Good Morning Lindie,

    Once the transaction line has been processed and you have rolled over that line can not be removed.

    I am assuming that this employee has since then cancelled the leave?  If this is the case these will be the options available to you:

    1. You can restore a backup and remove the leave line, you will have to however recapture everything after that.
    2. You can get one of our Consultants to do a chargeable datafix to remove that line
    3. Make a manual note of the leave that needs to be canceled, and adjust your opening balance to correct the days due for this employee.
