You can use hamachi https://vpn.net/ for a free simple solution to do this I've used it for some of my customers and work well. but as Maps_Ngele stated there have to be stable and fast internet connections on both ends. Another solution is to use AnyDesk https://anydesk.com/en but then the user will work directly on Pastel on the server.
