Please note that you should view statement/ age analysis for foreign customer only in foreign currency. When viewing statement for foreign customer in home currency and the customer is open item it does not display the foreign currency revaluation transactions, as they have zero value on foreign amount. You will notice the differences on Detailed Ledger and Statement are coming from the foreign currency revaluation transactions.

The differences come because of the exchange rates between currencies that fluctuate all the time. The amount on the age analysis in home currency will show because of this.

Thank you, I understand the difference between rand & Currency.

What I do not understand, is that on:

Koi002 in foreign currency I have 2 Credits.

On the rand value, I have a debit and a credit?

I can’t send this statement in currency to the customer? He is going to say we owe him money? How do I correct this?

This was a very specific issue whereby the exchange rate was not read by the system correctly. 

On testing we opened the sales order, tabbed through the lines and deleted and re-entered the line value.

The report is now showing correctly in both foreign and home currency.
