Status 2 File 102 Opcode 5 (Get Equal)

Question

Good Day. 
 
 I am unable to login to Pastel Accounting. I have the following error message: Status 2 file 102 Opcode 5(get equal). Is there a way I can proceed without having to reinstall a backup? I tried the rebuild file option, but I actually do not know which file to rebuild. 
 
 Any assistance will be appreciated.

Good day Ingrid It is possible this is a file access error, please check if you can access the company from the server with no errors. You can share the Pastel folder again to try and clear the error.  If you do not use the Sage Mobile application you can try to overwrite the file ACCGNPRM.DAT in the company folder. Please see this article on how to overwrite files- https://za-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=200129122136027&page=1&position=1&q=overwrite
