Status 2 File 102 Opcode 5 (Get Equal)

Good Day.

I am unable to login to Pastel Accounting. I have the following error message: Status 2 file 102 Opcode 5(get equal). Is there a way I can proceed without having to reinstall a backup? I tried the rebuild file option, but I actually do not know which file to rebuild.
