How do I fix a Runtime Error 380 when trying to print or email a document in Partner V14?

It is possible there is a problem with the customised form , CSDOCSP.enz that is in the company folder.
Make a backup and please cut out this file from the company folder completely and save it in a separate location. You will see that you will be able to reprint the documents.
This means the customised form is corrupt so you will need to customise a new form for the invoices. You could also change the default printer to something else and ten back to the usual printer again, or even reinstall the printer driver.
