Pastel year end change - 15 months financial period

Good day, 

We have a unique case where one of our clients year ends changed from Feb to May. 

We would like to have a financial period of 15 month, from 1 March 2019 to 31 May 2020. 

Is there any way we can do this?

    Hello Danielle

    It is not possible to have 15 periods in Sage 50c Partner or Xpress.

    What we recommend users do who has to change their year end is the following:

    Keep on Processing in Pastel until the end of February.

    Run the Year End as usual but make sure that a backup is made of the data.

    Go to Setup... Periods and change the number of periods to 3. This should make the final period of the Year May.

    Once done, process until the end of May and run the Year End again.

    Go to Setup... Periods and change the periods to 12
