BIC Reports

Question

Hi , I am new to the Sage City group. Could anyone please help or advise how I can get the BIC or Intelligence Reports to load on one of our computers, when the employee clicks on run reports it comes up with no reports. We use Pastel Partner version 18.

Good day Nontu 
 Please note that you must to install Sage Intelligence for Pastel 18. After installing then you will be able to run the reports. 
 To get the installation file, please follow the steps below. 
 Click on View | Intelligence Reporting and click on no reports. 
 
 You will receive the message that advises you of installing. 
 Run the download and continue to install.
