Upgrade of Pastel Partner ver 17.1.5 to latest ver 19.2.3

Hi

I have the following questions regarding upgrading Pastel Partner from ver 17.1.5 to ver 19.2.3

1. Is the update compulsory?

2. Are there any known issues with the latest version?

3. If it's compulsory to upgrade, what is the best way to go about it for the server - client configuration?

    1. The updates are not compulsory, you have a choice whether you want to upgrade or not. 

    2. There no issues with the latest version.
