All workstations except 1 – Cannot test directly on the server as server does not run a MS Office suite

Interesting fact 1 user removed her printer and installed a new printer - now that station can email bulk PDF statements and invoices - this really confuses the issue

Good Morning,

The issue could be with the printer driver. We would advise that you remove and re-add the printer drivers on all the machines affected especially if they make use of a network printer. 

Ensure that the printer is setup correctly to use the correct paper size on both the Printing properties and within Pastel.
