Sage 50c Status 12 File 104

I upgraded my client from pastel 14 to 50c build 19.2.3. When I try and run my tax report I get a run time error 52. - Bad file name or number. I decided to run the Old Tax report just to get the figures out but when I press Crtl Alt T under Help->About if gives an error : Status 12, File 104. This happens on all my companies. Can you please tell me what I can do to get my tax report.

    Good day

    Status 12 file 104 occurs when a file is missing. In this case, the Note file (Accnote.dat) is missing in the company folder. Please restore the latest working backup that has the file.

     

    Make a valid backup and a copy company, when complete follow the steps below. Copy the file accnote.eng from the Language folder C:\Pastel**\Custom\Language and paste it in your company folder.  Change the accnote.eng to accnote.dat. When complete open the company again.

     Runtime error 52

     Please make sure that you turn off your antivirus and try to run the assistance again. This problem normally happens when one is running the Kaspersky antivirus

    If you are using a Kaspersky Anti Virus product please put Pastel.exe application as an exclusion.
