window does not open in setup

Hi

I am using Pastel Partner version 19.2.2.  

If I click on setup..............periods.

It does not open up the setup screen.

I have to re-open Pastel to get it working.

Please advise

    Please do the following for me:

    Make sure there are no open batches for your user.

    Go to Utility... Maintenance... Reset Defaults and Settings.

    Check if the problem persists?

    If it does, please let me know so I can assist further?
