error 380 when Editing customer

Hi

Please help we get an error 380 when we try to create a customer on Sage 50 Cloud Pastel Partner version 18.

    Good Morning,

    Thank you for your question, this normally indicates corruption within the Customer Master file.

    • Select Edit|Customer Accounts
    • Hold the Page Down key on your keyboard
    • Should you get a message about a missing description, hold any key and select ok on the message

    Should the above not work, you will need to contact support on [email protected] or via the chat option to book your dataset in for a datafix.
