How do I fix this error ?

Thank you for your query, this occurs when the desktop experience has not been enabled within Windows.
Please select the version of windows you are running below for the steps to enable/install the desktop experience.
For Windows Server 2008
For Windows Server 2012
For Windows Server 2016

We've forwarded this to the IT department and they said it is installed, however, we still get this message when we want to add our logo to the invoice.
Any further advise?
