Thank you for your query, this occurs when the desktop experience has not been enabled within Windows.

Please select the version of windows you are running below for the steps to enable/install the desktop experience.

For Windows Server 2008

Thank you so much for this. 

We've forwarded this to the IT department and they said it is installed, however, we still get this message when we want to add our logo to the invoice. 

Any further advise?

Sorry Joanne, ignore the above for now please, IT hasn't restarted the server as stated by Windows!

I recently installed Pastel Partner 14 on Windows 10 Home and also get this error when I try to open a form with the Forms Designer.

Installing Windows Server is therefore not an option. This worked fine on Windows 7, how do I get the forms designer to work on Windows 10 Home?
