I am the only one that are doing journals, so just 1 user, and I have only tried on one company, so not sure about the other.

I apologize that the solution does not seems to be working. Regrettably this is normally caused by a display setting incompatibility.
Could you kindly send me screenshots of the display settings so I can try to see which setting is causing the problem.

You will notice that it advises that a custom scale is set. Please could you select the option to Turn off the custom scaling a sign out.
Please see if that then resolves the problem.
