Sage 50 express; Sage intelligence reporting; an unexpected error occurred

I install Sage 50 express on a new machine. I install the Sage intelligence reporting exe file. I try to run the reporting for the first time but get the following error "The pastel auto connection system failed to create a link to your date. The error returned was: - Bad file name or number

Good day Nico,

Which version of sage Intelligence did you install? You need to install Sage Intelligence for Xpress V19. Please check and confirm this by going to Control Panel | Programs and Features. We will advise you further from there.
