Sage Intelligence: Pastel Partner: OpenItem vs HistoryHeader

SOLVED
Hi I trust all are well Apologies in advance for the newbie question Can anyone tell me the difference between OpenItem and HistoryHeader From the looks of it OpenItem table only has invoices, whereas HistoryHeader has both invoices and credit notes etc It seems as there is no database rationalisation as they are stored in multiple places? Hi,
The main difference is that the OpenItem table is related to Customer/Supplier Ledgers if they are set as 'openItem'. It contains all their documents along with payments receipts and general journals with matching references.
The HistoryHeader table contains only the documents (invoices/creditnotes etc....) for all customers/suppliers regardless of them being openitem or balance forward. it does not contain receipts, payments or general journals.

    regards,
