Report Tools > Add Accounts

Hi there

I am using Intelligence Reporting from Pastel 14 to draw up management statements on a template I designed.  I see on the instructions that I can easily add a new account by clicking on Report Tools > Add accounts.

Problem is, I cannot find that Menu option.  I am working on Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016.  Is it an Add In that I should download somewhere? 

"  4. From the Menu choose Report Tools > Add Accounts.  A list of accounts that are not in the layout should appear."
