User that does not have access to "Can enter selling price below cost price" option gets message "Selling price is less than cost price"  when processing on foreign currency customers.

We have this issue where system seems to be looking at incorrect selling price for foreign currency customers on Build 19.2.3 and higher. For example the item as below the cost price is R9.97 but the invoice selling price is £7.50 pounds which works out to be R150 since exchange rate is 1:20. It seems system is looking at the cost price R9.97 and comparing it with selling price £7.50 instead of comparing it with home currency selling price R150.

The issue is known and has been logged as PPAS-468 for investigation. 

Workaround:

Give user access to "Can enter selling price below cost price" option.
