System slow when you trying to create new records by pressing F6 on Setup or Processing screens. For example on Setup Inventory Integration screen on any field where there is a GL code, press F6 to create code. Notice that it takes a while. This also occurs on Process Journals, Cashbook or Customer or Supplier documents. So far the sssue seems to be with creating General Ledger accounts.

Issue is on Version 17 up to the build on 19.3.3.

The issue is known and has been logged as PPAS-395 for investigation.

Workaround

Wait for the system to respond.
