Each version of Sage Pastel Accounting has a unique serial number. If you are upgrading from a different version to Sage 50cloud Pastel Accounting you will need to obtain your unique Sage 50cloud Pastel Accounting serial number beginning with an O.  

Should you not have this serial number you will need to get hold of support to obtain your unique serial number for you BEFORE you register the software.
