Important information required when posting a question to get help Quickly!

When posting a question or seeking assistance there is certain information you can provide to get assistance quicker.

 

  • Please ensure that where possible you provide a screenshot of the problem
  • Please provide full details i.e. I am receiving a status 2 when updating a cashbook batch
  • Please advise where possible the step take to get the error or problem
  • Please ensure you advise which package and build you are using i.e. Sage 50C Partner 19.2.2
  • Please advise if you use a single or multi user package
  • Please advise if this happens on all companies and users (If you only have one company try the demo.)

 

Having this information on hand will minimize the time it takes to receive a solution as it avoids us having to ask for this information as some errors or problems depend on the answers to the above.
