Need to send your company dataset in for a Datafix? Unsure how to get the data through to us, do not worry below are all the steps and answers your require to get your company dataset fixed as efficiently as possible.
You will need to contact support in order for them to provide you with an incident reference number, you can contact support at [email protected] or via the in app chat option.
- Make a backup of your company dataset
- Send the backup of the dataset through to us to fix
- We will fix the dataset and once complete you will receive a mail to download the fixed dataset
