Payroll Reports Showing Different company

HI,

We manage multiple companies with 1 or 2 logins.

When doing reports, we will be in Company A, generate a report, but it would show Company E details.

Using Chrome.

    Thank you for the post. 

    This normally happens when:

    • the user has multiple tabs open 

    • the user is working on or running a rollover while multiple tabs are open. 

    We advise that the user refrain from opening Sage Business Cloud Payroll in multiple tabs.
