How to limit access to Payroll cycles

I have a client who have a multiple payroll cycles on their account.  They now want to employ someone to manage the Weekly wages cycle, but don't want that person to have access to the Monthly wages cycle.

Is it possible to limit that person's access?  If so, how?

    Thank you for your post. 

    If you want to grant access to a new or different payroll administrator you can add an additional user to your account and grant the relevant permissions to that user in Sage Business Cloud Payroll.

    Only the main admin user can add additional users. The main user can allocate the rights of the additional user.

    Multiple users can be created.  Click on:

    - More

    - Manage Additional Users

    - User Details

    - Click on Add new user and then allocate the necessary access to the user

    The user will then receive an activation e-mail - they need to click on the activation link before they will be able to access the company.
