Morning, I am struggling to get a pay reconciliation report for a PREVIOUS period. My system is only allowing me access for the current period. I have tried calling / phoning for help / support, but the calls have been discontinued each time before connecting properly. more than 8 calls placed today already. anyone out there can advise?
