Easyfile biannual submission error

I am busy with bi-annual submission on Easyfile. When i try to file my Declaration I get the following error.......The total liability for PAYE cannot be zero if annual total for PAYE is greater than zero.

I am also getting this error. The employees paid PAYE but after the TERS was paid out, she PAYE recalculated, and the PAYE went into a minus. This was supposed to be deducted from the next EMP201 where there will be PAYE payable but there wasn't a month yet as all salaries were reduced

I also have this error, assistance in resolving it would be greatly appreciated.  It looks like a SARS issue but it would be helpful if it's something that can be resolved via the payroll.  PAYE was payable in March, but when salaries were reduced over the following months the average tax calculation ultimately reversed the PAYE paid, but it's not been possible to claim it back from SARS because no negative values for PAYE can be declared on EMP201s.
