integration of Pastel Payroll to Pastel Accounting

when setting up the Pastel Payroll integration for Pastel Partner accounting V19 I get stuck at the cashbook /journal.

The accountant requires a file monthly to integrate to his Pastel accounting, please advise whether this can be done? and how do i do the setup
