Separate payslip

I keep getting a message...Hrs on the Diff. Payslip, on the validation report but nothing is showing of the difference payslip.  What must I do to correct the message?

    Good day Leanne, 

    Can I please request that you supply us with your site code number and also confirm which Sage Payroll product you are currently using?

    SBCP doesn't allow for Separate payslips, so we would like to refer you to the correct product group for an answer.
