Help with source code 4582 import error

HI, 
 
 I use Pastel Payroll version 2020, update 2. I get an import error log "source code 4582 must not be less..." I have not changed anything, there is a simple travel allowance 3701. I don't know how to correct this on pastel Payroll. 
 How do I fix this, any help will be appreciated.

Hi CDV, 
 I'm assuming that you are getting the message that 4582 must not be less than 20% or more than 80%? This is usually due to the fact that the fringe benefit for the Travel allowance has been overwritten to be 100% of the allowance.
