COVID 19 SDL Payment Holiday - Complete

The COVID-19 Payment Holiday that was implemented from 1 May to 31 August has completed.  The System will automatically start re-calculating SDL when you enter the September 2020 period.

    Our payroll system has been rolled over to September but i see that the SDL has not started re-calculating.

    Hi Carais,

    I just want to make a 100% sure that you are using Sage Business Cloud Payroll (formely Sage One)?  I have tested all of my test companies and the recalculations are all activating correctly.

    Can you please supply me with your site code so I can escalate it to the support team.
