SAGE quotes and e mails

I am very concerned that there are numerous customer e mails that do not receive Sage quotes they do not go into the junk or spam box either , this happens with invoices too - this is not new and common to a lot of people I am stopping sending quotes from sage as it is detrimental to sales having to continously ask if the person has received the quote. I see on the below forum i am not the only person complaining.
The accounting system is good but i think the quotation portal has to have a lot more R&D as not only is it not working its just not pleasant YOU HAVE RECIEVED A QUOTE

    Please note the following regarding the query logged on emails from Sage Business Cloud being blocked and customers not receiving them.

    The reason emails are blocked suddenly (when they worked before) is that emails received from Sage One Accounting can become recognized as spam / marketing after some time. When emails are received multiple times from the same address, a mailbox will block the address after a number of times.
