To support you whilst we work to restore full service, you will be automatically redirected to the My Workspace dashboard when you log in to Sage Business Cloud Accounting. My Workspace is the central hub to manage your accounts and invoices and will enable you to continue working whilst we restore the performance and dashboard functionality in Sage Business Cloud Accounting.

Some customers have reported trouble logging in to Sage Business Cloud Accounting or delays when navigating through the website.

We have implemented changes throughout the afternoon to fix this, and we will continue to monitor performance overnight and tomorrow morning.

Last night, Sage and its service providers performed critical maintenance. Unfortunately it did not resolve the performance degradation currently being experienced. The teams have been working through the night and continue to investigate the root cause. We will keep you updated.

We are aware of the current speed and login challenges being experienced by some of our customers

We are currently investigating the cause of the logon and performance issues when trying to utilize the SBCA ZA product.

We will provide feedback as soon as we have more information on the cause of the issue.

Background

This past Sunday, Sage and our service provider upgraded the Sage Accounting infrastructure to improve performance and stability. Unfortunately, an unexpected issue emerged when the system was brought back online. The local Sage team is working with the international team and other service providers to resolve the service challenges. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will keep you updated.
