Scheduled Downtime - Maintenance Update | Sunday, 17 January 2021

Maintenance Update [9:30am 17/01/2021] 

Due to ongoing maintenance throughout the day, the document store facility (affecting file attachments) is currently unavailable.

You may experience errors when trying to load or save file attachments in Sage Accounting. This will be resolved when maintenance is completed this evening at 21:00, following the previously announced and scheduled downtime from 20:00 to 21:00.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.


Dear Sage Community,

We would like to give you advanced warning of routine system maintenance which will be performed from 07:00 to 07:30 and then again from 20:00 to 21:00 on Sunday, the 17th of January2021.

During this time, you will be unable to access Sage Accounting. This maintenance is essential to improve the performance and stability of the solution.
