Pegg wraps the latest AI technology with the in depth knowledge of Sage experts into an easy-to-use, easy-to-access interface, that is available to you 24/7. Pegg is the smart assistant that can answer a wide range of questions you have on Sage Accounting. And the more questions you ask Pegg, the more Pegg learns. Ensuring that Pegg gets smarter and your experience gets better everytime you interact with it.

With Pegg, there isn’t a need to pick up the phone or send an email to get answers anymore. Simply ask Pegg, and depending on the type of question you ask, Pegg will have a direct answer for you, or direct you towards other resources, such as Sage Knowledgebase, where your answer can be found.

How does Pegg work?

Click on   in Sage Accounting to launch Pegg

Pegg will open and a greeting message will display 

Ask your question, example “Print a Trial Balance” - Pegg will either have a direct answer for you or direct you to our other digital resources like Sage Knowledgebase

To close Pegg, simply click on the   icon.

Pegg will 'learn' based on the questions you ask, so the more questions Pegg gets, the better the experience will become.
