We have been notified by our 3rd party bank feed provider of the following:
Feeds are operational. Our recommendation is to update your login details and thereafter refresh the bank feeds. Should the feed still not refresh after updating your login details, please delink/deactivate the bank feed.After deactivating the bank feed please search for "Nedbank" in the search block (Do not select Nedbank from the list)
Then click on the "Search" button
NB: You will then "select" the NEDBANK (South Africa) which displays in CAPITAL LETTERS
You will then click on "Next", whereafter it will request you to enter your login details as per normal.
If your Nedbank login only uses Email Address and Password instead of Profile Number, PIN, & Password...
Please search for Nedbank (New Online Banking) (South Africa) instead.
We have been informed that a subset of users may experience an error. Users may experience an “Error 403” or “unable to connect to your bank”. Our 3rd party bank feed provider is working on this issue as a matter of urgency.
