Is there a way to change the Rep Code after a Sales Order has been processed?
Or do we have to Credit and Re-invoice as we have been doing?

Of course, you can easily do that in Evolution
Find attached a quick guide I created on how to achieve it.
PLEASE NOTE:
Making use of the Evolution Document Utilities should preferably not be shared with everyone. If it falls in the wrong hands, it can lad to fraudulent activities.
Therefore, it has been added under the Administration menu
