compare transaction count - Head Office and Branch - HD14849888

Good Day

Head office and Branch Trial balances are not matching. Control accounts are out of balance between Head office and branch.

I am looking for MSQL scripts for below.

- to compare transaction count. between (HO/Branch) determine invalid or missing records.

- Ensure that GL master file records exist in both places.

Hi Tendekai

Before you have to run any SQL scripts, please first run the Custom Export in the Branch Accounting Sync Monitor.

Doing this should re-align your branch with the HO and ensure the TB's between the 2 are balancing again.

Good Day Bennie

Thank you, What about running a script to force the sync monitor to re-run all transactions. Custom import /export is not giving the desired results.

Find attached document that include diagnostic scripts (not update type)

If running the Custom Export doesn't fix your query, please log a new query with Sage Evolution Support for further investigation.
