Cannot create file 7z.dll installation error

Hi,

This is a fresh install of version 10.1.3.9 in windows 10 Enterprise x64  v10.0.19043 using local admin account and the installation terminate with an error Cannot create file C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage 200 Evolution \7z.dll.

    Please confirm the following:

    1. Can you please paste a screenshot of the error message in this chat?

    2. Is the current Windows user currently logged on to the PC part of the local PC's Administrators group?

    3. Are you perhaps trying to run a network install (install folder and files on a different PC on shared drive)  or is the install folder already copied to the local PC?
