Please confirm the following:
1. Sage Evolution version?
2. Are all users observing the same error on all workstations working in the same company?
3. Was it working fine earlier? What recently changed on the company, environment? E.g., company upgrade, server changes etc?
4. Have you already ensured all users are logged out and restarted the Evolution Server PC?

2. Unfortunately its only the one user that uses it
3. It was working before. Yes we upgraded the server from 2012 to 2019 as well as the SQL Express 2012 to SQL 2017 Express on the server so I personally think something went wrong there.
4. Yes we have rebooted the server.
