Good day
Opening Sales Orders from Evolution returns this Access Error:
We have signed out and back in, same error.
This is done via terminal services. So we even restarted the RDP session.
Any suggestions?

Just to add on, only the one user has the issue, other users are not having this problem.
Hi Jacobus
Can you please request the following:
1. Create a brand new RDP user account for that one Evolution user observing the above error.
2. Test the outcome in Evolution
3. Please advice me of the outcome
Kind Regards
Bennie
Good day
Company policy is strict on not using pseudo accounts. Each user is attached to an AD user they must use to sign into remote systems. I will log in with my SAGE account on her profile to test before I recreate her entire AD account.
New error this morning:
I am trying to find a solution to this as this is isolated. There are 20 other users with no issue.
Seems to have been a session issue, end-user did not understand what is meant by "log off" and try again.
I used the options "Exit and Logoff"
Signed out of the RDP session
When logged back into RDP session and new session in Evolution, all was fine...
Seems the user just uses the "X" to close windows.
Good!, glad to hear this matter is resolved, Jacobus!
