Please confirm the following:
1. Is the Process button completely missing or perhaps just inactive (greyed out)?
2. Is this issue observed by all users on the network? If unsure, please test it.
3. Was it working fine before when using workflows with Voucher Management? If yes, please confirm what recently changed?
4. Sage Evolution version?

I have an idea the Process button may be missing as it has perhaps have to do with the way the workflow has been setup. And of course there is not a quick and easy solution for this matter without having a detailed review on the way it has been setup.
