is not a valid integer value error when processing a TIll Transaction in Point of Sale

    Hi Emmarine 

    I have a strong idea now that this error may somehow be company data related in one way or another and perhaps (without any proof yet) be caused that way by the 3rd party integration into your Evolution company

    Therefore, please confirm the following with your 3rd party developers:

    1. Exactly what is the nature of the integration?

    1.1 Is the integration pushing data into the Evo DB tables or pulling data out of the tables?

    1.2 If pushing data into the Evo company DB, exactly which tables and fields within them are updated? 

    2. Evolution version?

    3. Please discuss and confirm if anything recently changed on the integration setup right before the above error was detected?

    4. Are all users able to observe the same POS Till Transaction on their own workstations? If unsure, please test it first

    5. Are users working on a RDP environment or local LAN workstation?

    We did a hard version reset, that sorted the problem.
