Sage.BI.ExcelFunctions1.1.xll don't match on version 10.1.3.0007

Whenever I open excel I got error message saying

The file format and extension of 'Sage.BI.ExcelFunctions1.1.xll' don't match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe.
