Thank for this, I know how to edit the rights, I am asking for the exact rights to remove so they cannot change the grid in Inventory. I have searched through all the rights and I cannot find it myself except for save grid

Hi Tammy

I looked again bit there is no way to prevent agents from customizing/changing their own Inventory grids. Therefore, there is no setting to hide / disable the Customize Grid Columns feature for specific agents. 

I wish I can think of any kind of work around 

But what I can propose here is to do the following:
